Create a session for each station, pick what it sells and send the link to whoever works it.

For cash the desk works out the change; on your own POS you record the payment. A payment can also be split between the two.

After the sale the customer scans the QR with the camera and keeps the tickets on their phone, even without an account.
On the same QR
If the customer already has a ticket, the desk scans it and the new sale goes onto their QR.

Order more
Guests already inside order more drinks from their phone and pay online, on the same QR.
Receipts at the cash desk
With receipts turned on, cash desk sales issue them too, and the cashier can email them to the customer.
PR lists at the cash desk too
The cashier links the sale to the list of the PR who brought the customer.
How do you set up a cash desk?
In the event, open Cashiers and create a session for each station, for example "Bar till". Choose whether it sells tickets, drinks or both, then send the cashier an invite link or QR: they sign in with their Festivio account. Revoke ends their access at once.
What does a customer paying at the cash desk get?
A QR on the screen: they scan it with their phone and open the tickets, ready for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. With the same QR they get in at the entrance and take their drinks at the bar, like anyone who bought online: see QR tickets. If they prefer, show them the entry ticket's QR to photograph.
What about people who arrive without a ticket?
If one person works the entrance, use an Entrance instead of the cash desk: from the same screen they scan tickets bought online and sell entry to whoever turns up. Whoever pays is already checked in. Drinks sold there stay valid at the bar.

Do I need a particular POS?
No. Take the payment on the terminal you already have and record it in Festivio with Pay POS.
Do cash desk sales carry a commission?
Yes, like online sales, on what you sold at the cash desk.
Can tables be sold at the cash desk?
No, tables sell online only. The cash desk sells tickets, drinks and bundles.
What happens if the connection drops?
The cash desk pauses the sale and shows Selling is paused while offline until the connection is back.
Do cash desk sales show in the report?
Yes. The event report splits sales by channel, with cash and POS apart from online sales.
