Tickets for your
Halloween and New
Year's Eve party

Put the early bird on sale and then the next release, the tables with a deposit and entry with drinks, on one page to send to your groups and your PRs.

  1. Presale

    Early bird, then the release

The first sells out, the next opens on its date.

  2. 22:30

    At the entrance

Staff scan the QR with their own phone.

  3. 23:40

At the bar, the same QR

The bundle's drinks are ticked off one at a time.

  4. Midnight

    The cash desk

Cash or POS, and the drink goes on the same QR.

The presale

  • Early bird and releases

Each release is a ticket with its own quantity and sale dates. One that has run out stays on the page as Sold out.

  • Entry plus drinks

The Entry + 2 drinks bundle sits on one QR: the entry works at the entrance, the drinks at the bar.

  • A link for each PR

Each PR has their own link to the page, and you see each one's orders and takings.

Up to the night

  • Sales close on their own

Online sales close at the end of the event or at the time you choose.

  • Messages to ticket holders

A change of time reaches everyone by email, including people who bought without an account.

Tables for groups

  • Minimum spend and deposit

The group pays the deposit online and finds it as credit at the table.

  • Split bill

Whoever books pays their share, and the others pay for their seat with the group link.

  • A ticket each

Everyone at the table has their own entry ticket.

How do you sell an early bird and releases?

Create a ticket for each release, with its quantity and its sale start and end dates. A release that hasn't opened yet shows the date it goes on sale, one that has run out shows Sold out. The same page sells your tables too.

What happens on the night?

At the entrance staff scan the QR from their phone, and at the bar the same QR hands over the drinks bought in advance. At midnight the cash desk sells more drinks for cash or on your POS onto the same QR, and guests inside order from their phone with Order more: see drinks.

And the day after?

Online takings land in your Stripe account. The next morning the event report arrives by email, with sales by channel and entries, and with receipts turned on every sale already has one. PR sales are in your PR lists.

Questions

The party ends after midnight. Is that a problem?

No. The event has an end date and time, the next day included, and online sales close then unless you pick another time.

Can I ask buyers to confirm their age?

Yes: set a minimum age and buyers confirm it at checkout. At the entrance the scanner shows Age confirmed.

Do buyers need an account?

No. They pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and get the ticket by email, ready for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet: see QR tickets.
